Ciao and welcome to Rome. My name is Sara and I'm a lifelong Roman native. As a guide, I'm a licensed to work anywhere in Rome, including the Vatican and Colosseum, and I've been doing it for over 25 years now! A quarter century showing off my hometown :)
Many years ago, I graduated in foreign languages at the "Roma Tre" University, and then took off to a number of different cultures to see a bit of the world and perfect my language skills with some "real world" experience. After finishing a number of languages courses in the UK and France, I got my guiding license in 2010 and have been at it ever since.
Outside of guiding, I'd say that I'm a traveller, a dreamer, a person addicted to painting, and someone perpetually fascinated by all expressions of art. I speak fluent English, French, and Spanish, and I've also learned a bit of German, so I also like learning languages, but even more so learning about other cultures and other people, something I do every day with my guests!
