Paolo is an exceptional guide from Puglia who gave us so many memorable experiences as we travelled for a week through this incredible part of Italy. His knowledge of history, art, culture, food, coffee and wine made our experience so rich. Paolo’s great sense of humor and ability to pivot when needed made it all that much better. If we could give him 20 stars we would!

Paulo gave us a very enjoyable tour through Matera, a wonderful place, not to be missed. He is very knowledgeable and easy to be with. He was also flexible when we had an emergency and we had to change our plans. If you are looking for a quality guide, he's your guy!

We hired Roberto to drive our group of 7 all over Sicily for 6 days. We are so glad we chose him! The price was good. The van was spectacular, clean and comfortable. Roberto was on time everywhere we went. But most of all, Roberto was far more than a driver; he became part of group. He made recommendations of places to see and eat. He assisted us in getting reservations and communicating. We had him join us for lunch a couple times, and it made the experience so much better. It is unanimous in our group that our trip was enhanced by Roberto! Thank you and we WILL be back!

Paolo helped us choose an itinerary and find a driver so we could see a few out of the way spots without renting a car. We met Paolo on a different day and enjoyed a private tour of Matera with him. He shared a packet of helpful links and restaurant information for us to consult while we visited various towns in Puglia. Highly recommended him for tours and his knowledge and advice about the area was extremely helpful!

Roberto is an exceptional guide. Obviously a subject matter expert, his plan and time allocation for a combined Ercolano and Pompeii tour over five hours was excellent. We saw the sites and were given the relevant timelines, historical context, explanation of the discovery and archaeology that recovered the cities, and then a great explanation of what period life looked like at the time of the eruption. GRAZIE ROBERTO!
