About
Ravello, famous for its enchanting villas, beautiful gardens, and wonderful the music concerts, is a place that merits a little more time and greater exploration.
Our walk together will explore the town's iconic sites, but also its interesting history which included a brief period as an independent seafaring Republic. As we wander, I'll share local anecdotes and point out local curiosities. We'll also take some time to check out local artisans' shops, where they create the famous Ravello ceramics.
A few can't miss sights are Villa Rufolo, Villa Cimbrone, and and the Cathedral of San Pantaleone, which will transport us back in time to the Medieval period of the flourishing Amalfi Maritime Republic.
