Legend claims that Sorrento was founded by the Greeks, but over a thousand years of Roman rule erased this possible history. Regardless of how it got started, today's Sorrento is one of the most famous villages of southern Italy.
It's known for its stunning setting between mountains and sea, gorgeous landscapes, countless little shops and artisans, and, of course, for limoncello! And on this relaxing tour, I'll introduce you to all these different aspects of the city!
If you're staying in Sorrento, I recommend doing this tour on your arrival so that it serves as a bit of an orientation to both the city and the entire coast.
