About
Naples is a legendary city!
No one that stops here, even if only briefly, can skip a walk through the historical center with its monuments, churches, museums, eateries, and people.
Together, we'll visit many of the city's best spots and prettiest sites, and I'll explain the incredible history of "Neapolis" (as it was called in antiquity), this chaotic and incredible city that started with the ancient Greeks at the end of the 7th century B.C.
We'll follow traces of civilizations such as Byzantines, Normans, Angevins, Aragonese, and also royal families like the Bourbons and Savoys. But we'll also see modern Naples, a city unlike any other in Italy.
Naples is also justifiably famous for its cuisine, so during the tour I’ll also point out the best spots to eat authentic, typical food together with locals and I’ll give you tips for how to best eat your way through this vibrant city.
So use the time with me to ask all the questions you have about the history and culture of this part of Italy!
